I got into a minor fender bender. No scratch on either car but the person I hit (I rear-ended them) is claiming that I caused their airbag light to go on. Now they are going through the insurance process and it is not known yet whether they will claim against their own insurance company or go through mine. Now my question is, for a first time driver at 18 years old, how much would car insurance usually cost for a '97 Nissan Altima with I'd say no more than 10-20 hours of driving per week? he's 23 and he just got a dui last night in cincinnati ohio and has nationwide (worst night of my life cuz i've never had a run in with cops before). he drives an old 95 civic and pays like 35 a month right now and he doesnt have any other marks on his record. also dont answer if you're going to judge, he could actually drive just fine but the cop was a jerk and wouldn't give me straight answers when i had questions and arrested him after he used the word perjury wrong in a sentence. he said you were doing great up until then . and he also condescended him in the car even though he had been cooperative the whole time. ps i have a new found hate for cops.

What if insurance wants to change my sons counselor?

He has been seen by an out of network provider for over 6 years and approved...now at the age of 13 they want to force me to get a in network provider. My son has flourished with this counselor and trusts him...why should he have to change? Haven't the insurance company set a presidence? Any good web sights I can look this up on? Pros and Cons of a motorcycle for a teen?

Both my parents and I have gone over me getting a motorcycle instead of a car, and they're fully behind it. As far as my knowledge, insurance costs are a lot less (but more for me since I'm just starting out) monthly payments on it are lower, more MPG, more eco-friendly, less space and I personally prefer it, and use it as year-long transportation since we're moving to Orange County, Calfornia from Las Vegas (where it never snows). I'm almost of age to get my permit, and I would appreciate it if you could come up with any other possible cons or problems of having a sportbike (Kawasaki Ninja 250r, 2010-2011) instead of an older car. I know repairs, etc would be roughly the same. Thanks.
